To provide trade marketingleadership for the Food and Equipment divisions within AlhaleesGroup targeting the various segments of the HoReCa market. ToDevelop effective B2B and B2C marketing strategies and enhance thebrands visibility within the localmarket.
JobDescription
Main Tasks andResponsibilities:
- Reestablish and develop the marketingdepartment.
- Hire and empower the marketingteam.
- Develop robust connections with ourlocal and international suppliers.
- Tailormarketing material for the HoReCa equipment to appeal to localconsumers.
- Initiate marketing messages to thelocal market taking into consideration itsparticularity.
- Acquiring product knowledge andapplication in the target sectors and providing the sales team withcomprehensive product knowledge.
- Study thelocal market and gather the correct data based on which marketingmessages are created for the target sectors.
- To be updated on new product releases and to conceive marketingcampaigns to launch new products.
- To be ableto establish and create brands of newly packagedproducts.
- Collaborating with the SalesDepartment to devise efficient pricing and distributionstrategies.
- Assist in developing strategies topromote and position our product effectively.
- To present and launch new products andtechnologies.
- Utilize market intelligence toselect new trending products locally andinternationally.
- Establish steadfast brandingguidelines in all our outlets create design concepts that alignwith our company brand identity and ensure they are consistentlyupheld in the long run.
- Create a yearlyfinancial plan for marketing initiatives and promotionalmaterials.
- Oversee and enhance thefunctionality of various digital marketingplatforms.
- Evaluate marketing activities byusing ROI productivity and performancemetrics.
- Create an annual calendar ofcampaigns and events.
Qualifications
Qualificationsand Certifications:
- Bachelor/ Masters degree in Business Administration/Marketing.
- Minimum of 5 years experience in amanagerial position in the related field andindustry.
