About the Role:

To coordinate training programs in the Farming Division head office by maintaining training database, processing of documents and providing administrative support in order to ensure error-free database and effective delivery of training objectives.

Potential candidates must meet the requirements mentioned below:

• To hold a bachelor or diploma degree.


• 3 years’ experience as training coordinator/officer.


• Fully fluent in the English language.


• Must have strong computer skill.


• Knowledge of the activities of HR and staff development.


• Personality with accepting the responsibilities, Interpersonal skills, tact and professionalism.


• Speaks clearly, concisely and effectively; listen to, and understand, information and ideas as presented verbally.


• Planning and organizing skills. Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing with a culturally and ethnically diverse community.
