Transport Coordinator

Basic Function Efficient coordination between Customer (Order monitoring), Suppliers (sub-contractors), Terminals, Transporters, Shipping lines, Dispatchers, Workshop & Transport supervisor and ensure timely performance and achieve 100% customer satisfaction. Duties And Responsibilities

• Order monitoring from all customers and managing.
• Making sure the trips are completed with shortest time.
• Avoid any unnecessary delays in the trips
• Keep the data of all available trucks for next day ready for dispatcher to make operation smooth
• Follow with the workshop about the trucks in repair.
• Follow Tamm, portpass and all other documentations will add more also
• Daily reporting to the customer about their orders
• Trucks & Drivers performance monitoring.
