Transportation Supervisor

The Transportation Supervisor at Ninja is responsible for overseeing daily transportation operations, ensuring efficient and timely delivery of goods. You will lead a team of transportation staff, manage logistics activities, and optimize routes to improve service levels while minimizing costs. Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of transportation staff, including drivers and logistics personnel.
• Plan and optimize delivery routes to ensure timely and cost-effective transport of goods.
• Monitor vehicle maintenance and compliance with transportation regulations and safety standards.
• Train and mentor transportation team members to enhance performance and professional growth.
• Address any operational issues or challenges, working proactively to implement solutions.
• Collaborate with warehouse and operations teams to ensure effective communication and coordination.
• Maintain accurate records of transportation activities, including delivery reports and driver logs.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations regarding transportation.
• Evaluate and report on transportation KPIs to management for performance improvement.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in transportation or logistics management.
