• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Utilities Inspector, with a focus on utility installations.
• Strong understanding of utility systems and relevant codes and regulations.
• Proficient in reading and interpreting construction plans and specifications.
• Capability to conduct thorough inspections and make sound recommendations based on findings.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Professional certifications in utility inspection are a plus.
