We are seeking a passionate UX Researcher to join our growing Product team. The UX Researcher will play a key role in uncovering user needs, behaviors, and motivations through a variety of research methods. By transforming insights into actionable recommendations, this role ensures that FlyAkeed’s design and product decisions are evidence-based and aligned with customer expectations, ultimately enhancing the overall user experience.

Responsibilities:

• Design and conduct qualitative and quantitative research, including interviews, surveys, usability studies, and field observations.
• Synthesize research findings into clear, actionable insights that guide product and design decisions.
• Develop personas, journey maps, and research documentation to align cross-functional teams around user needs.
• Collaborate closely with designers, product managers, and engineers to validate concepts and prototypes.
• Track and measure the impact of design decisions through user feedback and usability metrics.
• Advocate for the voice of the customer across the organization, influencing both strategic and tactical product initiatives.
• Stay updated on UX trends, research tools, and methodologies to continuously improve practices at FlyAkeed.

• Strong understanding of user research methodologies and usability testing practices.
• Proven experience with research tools such as Maze, UsabilityHub, UserTesting, or equivalent platforms.
• Skilled in data analysis and storytelling, with the ability to present insights persuasively to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Figma for integrating research findings into design workflows.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work across multidisciplinary teams.
• Previous experience in travel tech, SaaS, or B2B products is a plus.
