Job Description - UX-UI Designer

Design user-centered interfaces and experiences for web and mobile applications, focusing on usability and aesthetics.
Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to present design ideas and concepts to stakeholders.
Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and inform design decisions.
Collaborate with product owners, developers, and other team members to ensure cohesive design and implementation.
Establish and maintain design guidelines, style guides, and design systems to ensure consistency across all product offerings.
Stay updated on design trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve design practices.
Analyze user feedback and analytics to iterate on designs and enhance user experience.
Communicate design concepts and rationale effectively to clients and team members.
Participate in Agile methodologies to ensure designs align with product goals and timelines.
Support the development team by providing design specifications and assets during implementation phases.

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, or a related field.
2-4 years of experience in UX/UI design or a similar role.
Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, or similar.
Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
Experience in conducting user research and usability testing.
Ability to create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups.
Strong portfolio demonstrating design skills and past projects.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
Experience working in Agile development environments is desirable.
