Venture Capital Specialist

The Venture Capital Specialist supports the execution of venture capital activities by assisting in deal sourcing, conducting financial and market analysis, supporting due diligence, and contributing to portfolio monitoring. The role plays a key part in preparing analytical outputs and supporting the investment team.

Support sourcing and screening of potential investment opportunities.

Conduct market research and assist in financial analysis and valuation.

Support due diligence activities and preparation of investment materials.

Assist in preparing investment memos, reports, and presentations.

Support execution of investment transactions and coordination tasks.

Monitor portfolio companies and prepare performance updates.

Track industry trends and emerging investment opportunities.

Assist in stakeholder coordination with founders and ecosystem partners.

Maintain accurate documentation of investment activities and data.

Support continuous improvement of investment processes and tools.

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related field.
• 1–3+ years of experience in venture capital, investment analysis, private equity, or related fields.
• Strong analytical and research skills.
• Basic understanding of startup ecosystems and investment principles.
• Experience in Excel and financial analysis is a plus.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluent in English; Arabic is a strong advantage.
• Candidate must hold Saudi nationality.
