VP of Shared Services .
The Vice President of Shared Services for Training & Compliance will lead the strategic development and execution of all training and compliance programs within the organization.
This executive role requires a combination of strategic leadership, expert knowledge in compliance regulations and training methodologies, and exceptional management skills to oversee the department effectively.
The VP will ensure that all training and compliance initiatives support the company's goals while adhering to legal and regulatory standards.
Key Accountabilities :
- Develop a comprehensive strategy for the company's training and compliance services, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives and industry best practices.
- Lead the transformation of training and compliance processes through innovative approaches, integrating technology to enhance effectiveness and efficiency.
- Oversee the design, development, and implementation of stateoftheart training programs tailored to different levels and functions within the organization.
- Implement advanced learning methodologies, including elearning, mobile learning, and blended learning approaches, to maximize employee engagement and knowledge retention.
- Ensure all company operations are in compliance with relevant local, national, and international laws and regulations.
- Develop and maintain a robust compliance framework that includes risk assessment, policy development, and regular compliance audits.
- Recruit, mentor, and develop a highperforming team of training and compliance professionals.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and professional development within the team.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for the training and compliance functions.
- Regularly report to senior management and stakeholders on the performance, progress, and ROI of training and compliance initiatives.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders, including HR, Operations, and Legal teams, to ensure cohesive strategy and execution.
- Act as the primary liaison with external regulatory bodies and professional organizations.
- Develop and manage the budget for the T&C SVC department, ensuring strategic allocation of resources.
- Identify opportunities for cost savings and process optimization within the department.
Knowledge, Skills, and Experience : **We Are Looking For: - Advanced degree in Business Administration, Law, Human Resources, or related field.
- Minimum of 15 years' experience in a senior leadership role related to training and compliance, with a proven track record in a multinational corporate environment.
- Deep knowledge of global compliance regulations and training methodologies.
- Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and analytical skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Experience in change management and organizational transformation.
