Through our financial advisory business, Lazard advises clients around the world on strategic and financial matters including mergers and acquisitions, restructurings, capital structure and capital raising. Lazard has been present in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia since 2011. We focus on providing Financial Advisory services relating to complex cross-border M&A, financial restructurings, capital structure advisory, IPOs and the development of financing strategies.

We are seeking a VP to join the team. 

We’ll trust you to:

• Manage public and private deals
• Interact with client senior executives
• Provide guidance to and supervise Associates and Analysts
• Support origination and business development efforts
• Review financial analyses and modeling
• Draft client presentations and marketing materials
• Play a key role in the day-to-day management of the overall team (across junior development, recruitment, etc.)

You’ll need to have:

• At least 6 years of Investment Banking experience and/or Corporate M&A/ECM from a Tier 1 bank or financial adviser
• Demonstrated leadership skills and a team player approach with a strong motivation to contribute to a positive team culture
• Top performance with comfort operating in a demanding environment which values initiative, creativity, maturity, and engagement
• Ability to support, manage, and empower junior bankers
• Strong client and presentation skills
• Strong quantitative background and analytical skills coupled with meticulous attention to detail
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to manage a variety of transactions and projects simultaneously
• Fluency in English and Arabic
• Riyadh based
