Responsibilities:
- Commercial Strategy & Growth:
- Develop and execute commercial strategies that drive revenue, market expansion, and customer success aligned with Infinite pl’s business goals.
- Sales & Business Development Leadership:
- Lead the commercial team including sales, partnerships, and business development to build scalable pipelines and close strategic deals.
- Client Relationship Management:
- Strengthen client relationships, ensure satisfaction, and identify opportunities to deepen engagement and expand accounts.
- Market Intelligence & Innovation:
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market shifts to proactively adapt strategies and maintain competitive advantage.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Partner with marketing, product, and technology teams to align go-to-market initiatives and improve customer experience.
- Performance & Revenue Management:
- Track KPIs, set revenue targets, forecast performance, and implement actions to exceed growth objectives.
- Team Development & Leadership:
- Build, mentor, and inspire a high-performing commercial team while fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
Qualifications:
- Experience:
- 15+ years of experience in commercial leadership roles, preferably in digital platforms, logistics, or tech industries.
- Proven success in scaling revenue, managing commercial teams, and building strategic partnerships.
- Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA is a plus).
- Skills:
- Strategic thinker with strong execution skills, negotiation ability, and financial acumen.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication capabilities.
- Preferred:
- Experience working in agile and cross-functional environments.
- Familiarity with CRM systems, data-driven sales approaches, and platform-based business models.
