As a Waiter/Waitress, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring a pleasant dining experience for guests. Responsibilities:

• Greet and seat guests in a timely and friendly manner
• Present menus and provide detailed information on food and beverage options
• Take and prepare orders accurately and efficiently
• Serve food and beverages to guests while adhering to service standards
• Anticipate guest needs and provide recommendations
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints
• Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the dining area
• Assist with setting tables and preparing the restaurant for service
• Work as a team player to ensure smooth service and a positive dining experience
• Adhere to health and safety guidelines

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Waiter/Waitress is preferred
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Positive and friendly attitude
• Ability to work well in a team
• Knowledge of food and beverage menus and service procedures
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
