Key Responsibilities:

• Provide warm, attentive, and knowledgeable service to every guest.
• Efficiently manage a busy section, ensuring quick turnaround and consistent quality.
• Possess in-depth knowledge of the menu, including ingredients and daily specials.
• Communicate effectively with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service flow.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation in all service areas.
• Resolve guest concerns professionally and promptly.
• Contribute to a positive team environment and assist with onboarding new colleagues as required.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in a high-volume casual dining or premium café setting.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are advantageous.
• Excellent contactable references
• Detail-oriented with a focus on guest satisfaction.
• Energetic, motivated, and a team player.
• Willing to relocate to Riyadh, KSA.
