Job Summary

Weare looking for a Warehouse Administrator tojoin our Logistics & Integrated Supply Chain team inJeddah SaudiArabia.

Thepurpose of this position is to support logistic activitiesregarding Shipping and/or Warehousing in order to drive costreduction service levels safety and effective utilization ofwarehouse and logisticsactivities.

What you willdo

Runactivities to ensure goods receipts from suppliers and deliveriesto customer: Fill proper documentation for all goods in/out offactory (e.g. invoices customsdocumentation)
Run proper analyses to supportresolve or support issues that might arise with port / customs /transportation company
Run process in order todeliveries to customer (e.g. from port to customer site) and linkfactories to customers to shipping company / roadtransportation
Bring suggestion to continuousimprovement for the areas
Coordinateoperationalactivities

Webelieve youhave

Requiresknowledge of specific technical/operational practices built throughon the job training or broader knowledge of theory and principleswithin a professional discipline
Desiredknowledge and experience: 13 year in Shipping warehouse import andexport area
Experience with Logisticssystems
Bachelorsdegree
