Wedding Planner Assistant
We are looking for a detail-oriented and creative assistant to join our wedding planning team in Medina, Saudi Arabia. As an assistant, you will work closely with our experienced wedding planners to help organize and execute beautiful weddings for our clients. This is a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about the wedding industry and has excellent organizational skills. Responsibilities:
- Assist with all aspects of wedding planning, including venue selection, vendor coordination, and timeline management
- Communicate with clients to understand their vision and preferences for their special day
- Help create and manage budgets for each event
- Conduct research on the latest wedding trends and ideas
- Participate in site visits and meetings with clients and vendors
- Help with set up and coordination on the day of the wedding
- Provide general administrative support as needed Requirements:
- Nationality preference for Pakistani or Malayalee candidates
- Basic knowledge of English preferred but not required
- Available for part-time work schedule (flexible hours)
- No prior experience in wedding planning necessary, but must have a passion for the industry
- Must have valid visa sponsorship in Saudi Arabia or be willing to obtain one
