Wedding Planning Assistant
As a Wedding Planning Assistant, you will work closely with the main wedding planner to assist in organizing and executing weddings for clients in Medina. - Assist the main wedding planner in all aspects of wedding planning, from initial consultations to the day-of coordination
- Help scout and secure venues, vendors, and other necessary services for weddings
- Coordinate with clients to gather information about their preferences and needs for their wedding day
- Create detailed timelines and schedules for each event
- Assist with budget management and tracking expenses
- Help with decorations, set-up, and clean-up on the day of the event
- Provide excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction Requirements:
