Job Description - Welcome Centre Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Translate service vision into guest experience standards for the end-to-end of ground experience such as check-in, bag drop, security, transfers, transportation, retail, and boarding.
  • Develop guest-centric strategies to cater to different personas, such as premium, top-tier loyalty, family, VIP, and others.
  • Participate in best practices on guest experience design leveraging technology for airports and ground experience with a focus on On-Time Performance (OTP), reduction of pain points, disruption management, service recovery and driving unique signature experiences.
  • Work with digital/system partners to drive seamlessness in the ground experience such as disruption management, self-service and any other kind of automation that would ease journey pain points and deliver guest satisfaction.
  • Provide detailed reports on project progress in a timely manner and identify challenges, risks wherever required.
  • Provides frontline team exceptional support through a variety of mechanisms for them to deliver superior guest experience.
  • Coach and mentor frontline team members in skills, knowledge, and guest experience.
  • Ensure that all HR policies and processes are applied according to HR regulations.
  • Lead, motivate and develop successful long-term relationships with direct reports.
  • Drive a safety culture at RSI and ensure day-to-day operations at RSI are in accordance with compliance regulations, and ready for “everyday audibility”.
  • Play a leading role in business planning and management discussions within the RSI Senior Management team.
  • Provide feedback to the wider business and support the ethos of continuous improvement within the guest experience.
  • Develop a strong relationship with the client and 3rd party operators to be positioned as a trusted partner.
  • Implement and drive strategic plans, both short-term and long-term for enhancing the guest experience at RSI to deliver an outstanding “best in class” guest experience at RSI.

Requirements:

  • Saudi National.
  • Bachelor’s degree in aviation management, Airport Operations, or a related field.
  • Experience in Aerodrome/Operations Management.
  • Strong Experience in hospitality.
  • Knowledge of Airport Operations, Airport Security, and Aerodrome Safety.
  • ACI, ICAO, IATA, GACA, Customer experience certificates. (Preferred)
  • Knowledge of GACA requirements
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop teams.
  • Excellent command of English spoken and written.
  • Arabic language is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to manage complex operations in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of airport operations industry trends and best practices.
  • Experience in project management tools and software.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
