About The Team

You’ll be joining the JD.com team, which values collaboration, ownership, and a commitment to delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

主要职责

1、熟悉沙特当地劳动法律法规及相关政策，有2年以上沙特工作及生活经验；

2、负责沙特人力资源供应商的筛选、合作、绩效评估与关系维护，确保服务质量与成本效益。

3、根据业务发展需求，协同业务部门完成重点岗位的招聘，尤其保障站点运营人才的及时供应。

4、处理员工咨询与关系事宜，倡导公司文化，提升团队凝聚力，并确保当地人力资源管理符合沙特劳动法规。

基本条件：

本科及以上学历，人力资源管理、工商管理、心理学等相关专业优先。

具备3年以上人力资源多模块工作经验，其中至少1年专注于HRBP角色，有物流、供应链或电商行业背景者更佳。

必须具备供应商管理相关经验，熟悉供应商管理全流程。

中国籍，普通话流利，具备优秀的英语工作能力（听说读写），掌握基础阿拉伯语者将作为重大加分项。

出色的沟通与协调能力：善于与不同文化背景、不同层级的员工及管理层有效沟通。

高频出差意愿：本职位需频繁前往沙特各城市站点出差，需具备良好的身体素质和高度的灵活性。
