About The Team
You’ll be joining the JD.com team, which values collaboration, ownership, and a commitment to delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
主要职责
1、熟悉沙特当地劳动法律法规及相关政策,有2年以上沙特工作及生活经验;
2、负责沙特人力资源供应商的筛选、合作、绩效评估与关系维护,确保服务质量与成本效益。
3、根据业务发展需求,协同业务部门完成重点岗位的招聘,尤其保障站点运营人才的及时供应。
4、处理员工咨询与关系事宜,倡导公司文化,提升团队凝聚力,并确保当地人力资源管理符合沙特劳动法规。
基本条件:
本科及以上学历,人力资源管理、工商管理、心理学等相关专业优先。
具备3年以上人力资源多模块工作经验,其中至少1年专注于HRBP角色,有物流、供应链或电商行业背景者更佳。
必须具备供应商管理相关经验,熟悉供应商管理全流程。
中国籍,普通话流利,具备优秀的英语工作能力(听说读写),掌握基础阿拉伯语者将作为重大加分项。

出色的沟通与协调能力:善于与不同文化背景、不同层级的员工及管理层有效沟通。
强业务导向与问题解决能力:能够从业务出发思考人力资源问题,并提供务实解决方案。
高频出差意愿:本职位需频繁前往沙特各城市站点出差,需具备良好的身体素质和高度的灵活性。
