COOP - Business Analyst

We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical individual to join our team as a Business Analyst Trainee in the Ecommerce department. As a trainee, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various aspects of the dynamic world of online retail. You will be an integral part of our team, participating in meetings, brainstorming sessions, and working closely with cross-functional teams to drive business growth.

Responsibilities: - Participate actively in meetings and brainstorming sessions, contributing fresh ideas and insights to support the Ecommerce team's objectives. - Assist in data entry and maintenance of data, ensuring accuracy and completeness of information for various Ecommerce projects and initiatives. - Collaborate with the content team to create compelling and accurate product content, including descriptions, specifications, and images, ensuring a consistent brand voice and high-quality presentation. - Support the Business Analysts in gathering, analyzing, and interpreting sales and customer behavior data to identify trends, opportunities, and potential areas for improvement. - Contribute to the preparation of reports and presentations summarizing sales performance, customer behavior insights, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to help inform strategic decision-making. - Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies relevant to Ecommerce, and provide recommendations for process enhancements and optimization.

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field (or currently pursuing). - Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and the ability to interpret data accurately. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner. - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or other data analysis tools. - Familiarity with Ecommerce platforms, content management systems (CMS), and customer relationship management (CRM) software is a plus. - A passion for Ecommerce and a strong desire to gain practical experience in business analysis within the online retail industry.
