JOB PURPOSE
To enter the various production related data generated during the shift, into the computer system with
minimal errors.

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
The ability to use personal judgment, multi-task, and utilize strong decision-making skills is
recommended.
to encode Sign-out, Grams give-away, EHS/Nitrogen and other packaging reports
to file, organize and manage packaging documents conforming to PepsiCo standards and in an
orderly way
To monitor blank copies of all packaging reports and inform the Supervisors or Manager in case it is
running out.
to make sure all packaging forms or reports conform with GQS standard (all forms should have
document control numbers)
Compare data with source documents, or re-enter data in verification format to detect errors.
Compile, sort and verify the accuracy of data before it is entered.
Locate and correct data entry errors or, report them to supervisors.
Maintain logs of activities and completed work.
Read source documents such as Gram give-away, Sign-out reports, or Quality, and enter data in
specific data fields Share folder
Select materials needed to complete work assignments.
Store/file completed documents in appropriate locations.
To implement, sustain and participate in the continual improvement of the EHS Management
System (MS) at area of responsibility in accordance to the legislations, PepsiCo GEHSMS and
relevant EHS standards, ensuring proper controls for all hazards and risks associated with all
activities/areas are in place and EHS targets are achieved.

Knowledge / Skill
No formal education is
needed for a data entry
clerk.
Computer literacy, Strong
typing skills and Basic data
entry skills.
Proficiency with Ms-office,
good Typing Speed.

Experience
three to six months of on the
job training is required.
