Our Client, A leading International Restaurants' Chain in Saudi Arabia is looking to fulfill the following position:

RESTAURANT MANAGERS
• Strong people management skills, communication and listening skills. Must be flexible and adaptable to change
•Must be self-motivated, detail oriented and a passion for coaching others
•Five to ten years prior professional experience in restaurant management preferably casual dining restaurant with franchise concept
•College graduate / bachelor degree are preferred
•Excellent command of English language
•Male; age between 30 and 35 years
•Knowledge of Microsoft Office
•Basic Salary SR 7,000 to SR 9,000 (Depending on qualification and personal interview) Job description:
-Directly manages members of restaurant staff.
-Responsible for overall restaurant profitability, revenue targets, Guest Loyalty Index, Team Member Engagement, Mystery Shop targets, Team Member turnover and ultimately overall operations, profitability, business budgeting and planning including P&L management and reconciliation, quarterly business planning, assets protection, ordering/inventory, Labor management, and QSC.
