Job Description
Our company is seeking a Retail Marketing Executive to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 1 year of experience in retail marketing and a maximum of 5 years of experience. As a Retail Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for planning, implementing, and executing marketing initiatives to drive sales and increase brand awareness. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop marketing strategies, analyze market trends, and identify opportunities for growth. The role requires strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for retail marketing.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to increase visibility within contracted shops.
- Collaborate with the sales team to optimize product placement, merchandising displays, enhance product presentation and ensure consistent brand image across all retail outlets.
- Recommend and execute retail marketing solutions to drive brand awareness and increase sales.
- Work closely with the marketing team to create customized promotions and POS materials.
- Conduct in-depth market research to understand local trends, consumer behavior, competitor activities, and identify opportunities and threats.
- Conduct regular surveys to gather customer feedback and preferences. Subsequently, use the data collected to refine marketing strategies to cater for current marketing situation.
- Generate and analyze reports on sales performance, market trends, and the effectiveness of marketing initiatives.
- Provide regular updates to the management team on key metrics and achievements.
Preferred Candidate:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in retail marketing
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
- Excellent presentation and reporting skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Creative thinking and ability to develop innovative marketing solutions.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and marketing analytics tools.
