Job Description - Assistant Coordinator

SUMMARY OF THE ROLE
As Assistant Coordinator - Sales you will be responsible to support the sales team or sales department by executing various Sales coordination with sales team, Customer Service Department, Marketing and Technical Service Departments, tasks as assigned and as per operating procedures or clearly established processes.
This position will be based in Jeddah and reporting to the Sr. Sales Coordinator.
Responsibilities:
• Coordinate sales activities with sales team, customer service department, marketing as well as decorative technical team.
• Support Sales Coordinator with receive, classify, consolidate the required compliances documents for projects submittals.
• Maintains sales order status reports & records, update sales team accordingly.
• Compile various regular checks and reports in accordance with standard operating procedures on regular basis.
• Coordinate different samples for different sites and update sales team accordingly.
• Make use of Paint systems for cost analysis in accordance with detailed instructions and well-established processes.

We Look For:
Qualification:
• Fresh university graduate.
• 0-1 years of relevant experience.
• Fluency in Arabic & English both verbally and written.
Location: Jeddah, Saudi Arabia
