Job Description

As we continue to expand our operations, we are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Assistant to join our sales & revenue team based in KSA with a focus on KSA and the broader Middle East territories.

Hire Type: Full-time (salaried)

Schedule: Sunday - Thursday (flexible schedule)

Location: Onsite – Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients, partners, and projects within Saudi Arabia, across multiple industry sectors.
  • Vendor registration, prequalification, monitoring, and coordination of procurement tendering portals. (Arabic & English)
  • Support with analysis of market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities to inform business strategies.
  • Support building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring client satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Identify and engage with new clients, understand their needs, and propose tailored solutions.
  • Support sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand the client base.
  • Collaborate closely with the international sales manager and other team members to align strategies and ensure the successful execution of business development plans.
  • Collaborate proposals tailoring in Arabic to prospective clients.
  • Provide market insights and feedback to support service improvements.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and market data.
  • Performs other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field (master’s degree preferred)
  • 4+ years in business development or sales roles
  • 3+ years of project management experience; manage multiple projects at one time, drive the complete project life cycle
  • Fluent in English & Arabic; read, write, and speak
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software i.e., Sales Force
  • Ability to travel within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia as needed

  • Results-oriented with a focus on meeting and exceeding targets
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong knowledge of the cultural heritage and archaeological landscape of Saudi Arabia
