Oliver Wyman is now looking for a Business Impact Coordinator (Business Development Support) to be based out of our Riyadh office!

Fluency (reading, writing, speaking) in both Arabic and English is essential for the role

The Opportunity

We are looking for a highly motivated and dynamic Business Development Support Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the full sales cycle by being the main point of contact for all Saudi client/ government platforms related queries and providing on-the- ground support for physical submission requirements.

You will also follow the agreed process for RfP (request for proposal) management, liaise regularly with the BD Manager and other stakeholders, and minimize risks by proactively flagging challenges or improvements needed.

Key responsibilities of the role include:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for all client online portals related queries and actions to support the full RfP lifecycle

  • Provide on the ground support for RfP related physical submission requirements, such as but not limited to RfP participation, bid bond, performance bond, proposal submission and delivery, etc.

  • Manage, oversee and improve the RfP submission process

  • Participate and proactively flag challenges or improvements needed/identified for the process, minimize risks and dependency

  • Support BD manager and business with invoices, contracts as deemed fit for the RfP lifecycle, liaise with Controllership, Legal, Finance under BD Manager guidelines

  • Assist the BD Manager and BD Support team leader with problem solving to ensure that clients/ internal stakeholders receive the best possible services and support

  • Understand and support the business objectives, and perform other related duties as required by management in alignment with the manager

  • Be approachable and work collaboratively within and across teams to achieve common goals

  • Demonstrate accountability and commitment to the team and to one’s work

  • Develop trusted relationships with key stakeholders across the business

  • Prioritize workload to deliver results on time

Experience required

  • 3+ years in a professional/ corporate environment in KSA, ideally professional services or similar Business Development field

Technical Skills

  • Fluency in English and Arabic (writing, reading, speaking) is required

  • Proficiency in outlook/ email and calendar

  • Previous experience with Etimad Portal and/or other client portals is a plus

  • Project management skills are a plus
