Premium Fitness Club Manager

• 15,000 - 18,000 SAR per month base salary (tax-free)
• Inclusive of housing, transport and health insurance allowances

Our partner is rewriting the fitness playbook and taking the Saudi Arabian fitness market by storm with innovative clubs in a premium setting. Due to their exciting and continued expansion, we are delighted to be supporting their search for experienced, ambitious and passionate Club General Managers. Successful candidates will be existing high-performing CGM's from premium international brands and be able to demonstrate how they have delivered standout successes within their clubs. A full understanding of member service, sales management, yield management, club operations, staff training and cost control are all perquisites, as well as the more obvious leadership credibility. Experience of managing a P&L and knowing which levers to pull which improve performance (and at what time) are very welcome. Commercially focused, highly curious and very agile; the Club Manager will have some experience in leading multicultural teams and be able to quickly gain the respect of teammates and members through authentic and professional actions. The ability to speak Arabic is not essential, however candidates must be fluent in English (written and spoken). Candidates should also be able to adapt quickly to living and operating in a country with cultural differences. Operating within a truly international team, the ability to work well within a matrix organisation is appreciated, however, and much more importantly; the confidence to take proactive control and lead from the front with little supervision is most definitely preferred.
