Functional Area: Wound Care

Industry Type: Medical/ Healthcare

Skills: Product Management, Data and Market Analysis, communication and negotiation, Time management and presentation skills, Experience in wound and ostomy care.

The Product Specialist is responsible for the strategic development and promotion of specific products within the company's portfolio. This role involves identifying market opportunities, developing product market share, and collaborating with teams to ensure successful product launches and ongoing growth.

Key Accountabilities

> Product promotion: promotion of specific products within the company's portfolio

> Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.

> Product Development: Collaborate with product development teams to define product features, specifications, and enhancements.

> Product Launches: implement the plan and execution of product launches, including positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies.

> Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze product performance metrics, such as sales revenue, market share, and customer satisfaction, and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.

> Stakeholder Communication: Communicate product updates, milestones, and strategies to internal stakeholders, including senior leadership, sales teams, Marketing teams, and cross-functional departments.

> Training: Conducts hands-on training on assigned products at any time or wherever requested

Leadership

Foster a collaborative and innovative culture within the product team.

Operational :

> Ensure that the implementation of all field operations is proper.

> Conducted for both the customer's and company's benefit.

> Follow up payment and control overdue.

> Identify and resolve clients’ issues.

> Develop and maintain profit Provide up-to-date market feedback report.

> Travel up to 50% of allocated time and field engagement up to 80%.

Perform other duties as required.

Desired Candidate Profile

Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy or nursing and have at least 2 years’ experience in wound care and ostomy field
