Job Description - PSSR

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers
  • Promote and sell truck spare parts to customers, identifying their needs and offering appropriate solutions.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to customers regarding our products.
  • Process sales orders and ensure timely delivery of parts to customers.
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns in a professional manner.
  • Keep up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in sales, preferably in the automotive or trucking industry.
  • Strong knowledge of truck spare parts and their applications.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
  • Valid driver's license.
