Remote Business Development Associate

Job Description:

We are looking for a Remote Business Development Associate to join our team at Hilton in Jeddah, SA. As a fulltime Associate Level employee, you will be responsible for driving business growth through developing new client relationships and expanding existing ones. Your primary focus will be on identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, conducting market research, and creating strategic plans to increase revenue.

Responsibilities: 1. Identify potential clients and establish relationships to generate new business opportunities. 2. Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business targets. 3. Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth. 4. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project implementation and client satisfaction. 5. Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline, and progress towards goals. 6. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to maintain a competitive edge. 7. Travel to client meetings and networking events as needed.

Requirements: 1. 4 years of experience in business development or sales roles. 2. Resourceful and motivated individual with a passion for driving business growth. 3. Strong communication and negotiation skills. 4. Ability to think innovatively and critically to solve complex problems. 5. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field. 6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 7. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
