Overview of the role:
Sales Account Engineer will be responsible for developing, identifying, and creating new sales opportunities. He / She will be customer’s primary point of contact and will be responsible for meeting revenue goals for an assigned book of accounts.
What you will do :
- Develop Al Futtaim Engineering brand image and prequalify brand with industry consultants.
- Initiate action plans to approach and secure new business for the ELV projects division
- Identify and target new customers with new sales opportunities.
- Achieve targeted orderbook, gross margin, revenue, and unit sales target through effective sales process management, increasing customer retention and efficient sales development strategy.
- Develop and maintain a strong working relationship with the key consultants and contractors within the construction industry.
- Proactively managing customer requirements for on-time delivery considering lead-times, product specification changes and customer demand.
- Manage all the elements including but not limited to estimation, preparation/submission of quotation, negotiation, submission/approval of shop drawings/ technical submittals of the sales process on an individual level as well as a team.
- Collect market data and perform analysis for projects

What equips you for the role ?
Engineering degree or any equivalent qualification.
Minimum 3+ years of relevant sales experience in KSA in the ELV projects domain
Good working relationship with the key consultants, contractors and the partners in the ELV domain.
