Responsibilities: • Develop and implement sales strategies and plans to achieve sales targets • Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with potential customers • Manage and grow existing customer accounts • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders • Provide excellent customer service and support • Monitor market trends and competitor activity • Analyze sales data and provide regular reports to senior management. • Daily Field work in sales and project execution as required. Requirements: • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets • Strong business development skills and ability to identify new opportunities • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (Arabic language is must) • Experience and working knowledge of CRM systems. • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders. • Ability to identify /improve existing products. • Build business by identifying and selling products. • Strong leadership and management skills • Ability to analyze sales data and provide insights and recommendations • 4 years of sales experience. • The candidate must have related Market knowledge of client and products. • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field • Candidates should have a KSA driving license plus a car. • Jordanian/Sudanese nationals preferred.
