Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and highly motivated Sales Manager with a background in the healthcare industry. The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing a team of sales representatives, and building strong relationships with key stakeholders in the healthcare sector. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets, excellent leadership skills, and a deep understanding of the healthcare market. Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth in the healthcare sector
- Lead and manage a team of sales representatives, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure sales targets are met
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including hospitals, clinics, and medical professionals
- Identify new business opportunities and develop strong pipelines for future growth
- Conduct market research and analysis to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions
- Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to ensure alignment on sales objectives and strategies
- Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management
