Senior Associate - Digital Sales SME RM
Job Description
• Process E-Commerce opportunities and coordinate with relevant departments to ensure prospect are served.
• Manage the relevant communication channels related to New and Renewal sales channels and (i.e. Sales line, web portal, specified sales branches, online Chat, etc…)
• Coordinate with units to solve customer complaints and issues and follow up on customers orders including changes in coverage, inquiries on benefits and requests for cancellation.
• Provide a high level of customer service with professional communication skills.
• Maintain a thorough knowledge of Bupa Arabia products and services to provide accurate information on networks, treatments, paperwork requirements, and general queries.
• Identify customer needs and align management to evaluate trends.
• Highlight any request /recurring problems that are identified and direct the information accordingly to the correct channels for corrective action.
• Manage the relationship of new sales customers end to end.
• Coordinate with departments and units to solve customer complaints and issues during the policy activation process, including changes in coverage, inquiries on benefits and requests for clarifications.
Skills
• Good oral and written communication skills ( Arabic & English)
• Well organized with the ability to multi-task and prioritize workload.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic knowledge of E-commerce principles and online shopping.
