Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic Social Media Specialist with a keen interest in real estate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating engaging content across various social media platforms to increase our followers, drive traffic, and generate leads. They will have a creative flair, excellent communication skills, and a passion for staying up to date with social media trends.
Responsibilities:
- · Content Creation: Develop and curate compelling content tailored for different social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok. Content may include but is not limited to images, videos, infographics, blog posts, and podcasts.
- · Podcast Production: Conceptualize, record, and edit podcast episodes centered around real estate trends, market insights, home buying/selling tips, and interviews with industry experts. Publish podcasts on relevant platforms to expand our reach and audience.
- · Social Media Strategy: Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with our marketing objectives and target audience. Stay informed about emerging trends, algorithms, and best practices to optimize content performance and increase follower growth.
- · Community Engagement: Foster meaningful interactions with our social media community by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries promptly. Cultivate relationships with followers, influencers, and other stakeholders to enhance brand visibility and reputation.
- · Analytics and Reporting: Monitor key performance metrics such as engagement, reach, and conversion rates using social media analytics tools. Provide regular reports and insights to track progress, identify areas for improvement, and inform future content strategies.
- · Collaboration: Collaborate closely with marketing, sales, and creative teams to align social media efforts with overall business goals and campaigns. Coordinate content calendars, brainstorm ideas, and contribute to cross-functional projects as needed.
Requirements :
- · Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field.
- · Proven experience 2 years working as a Social Media Specialist or similar role, preferably in the real estate industry.
- · Strong portfolio showcasing successful social media campaigns, content creation, and community management.
- · Proficiency in using social media management tools, video editing software, and analytics platforms.
- · Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
- · Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- · Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and visual aesthetics.
- · Knowledge of SEO principles, digital marketing trends, and best practices.
