ASC- Environmental Engineer

Responsibilities:

As the successful candidate you will required to perform the following:

1. Monitor facility operating and business plans objectives to ensure we are consistent and in-line with environmental protection policy and all applicable environmental policies, GIs and standards.
2. Identify deviations and develop solutions to environmental problems to ensure mitigation of facilities environmental risk and improve compliance to company and governmental environmental regulations.
3. Develop, review and implement Green House Gas management program including GHG data collection, analysis and reporting.
4. Conduct internal GHG assurance audit and provide support in preparation of facilities GHG 3rd party audits.
5. Monitor the solids and chemical disposals to guarantee a safe environmental protection in compliance with governmental regulations.
6. Monitor air quality, waste water and water conservation performance.
7. Establish environmental KPIs targets in alignment with company environmental policies and strategies.
8. Develop, review and deployment of facilities environmental management system in alignment with ISO 14001.
9. Develop and maintain Environmental procedures and guidelines.
10. Analyze and monitor facilities environmental performance on daily basis and conduct environmental audit.
11. Conduct internal environmental performance benchmarking studies among the oil and gas refineries.
12. Develop and deliver training material to promote environmental awareness among refinery personnel.

Requirements:

You must hold a Bachelor degree in environmental or chemical engineering from a recognized university/college and approved program. Strong management and coordination skills, EPI/QEP certified professional is preferred. You should have a minimum of 23 years' work experience in the Oil and Gas sector specifically in Refining, Chemical and/or NGL Fractionation Process.
