Compliance, Manager

Responsibilities:

• Developing, implementing, and maintaining compliance programs to ensure that employees understand and adhere to legal and regulatory requirements relevant to the organization's operations.
• Regularly assess the organization's operations, processes, and practices to identify any areas of non-compliance or potential risks, involving conducting audits, reviews, and risk assessments.
• Oversee and monitor all compliance activities of the organization
• Educate employees about compliance requirements, policies, and procedures to promote a culture of compliance throughout the organization. They may conduct training sessions, and workshops, and distribute educational materials.
• Participate in investigating any violation that occurs or is suspected determine the root causes, and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
• Prepare and submit reports to the compliance director, to communicate the organization's compliance status, issues, and remediation efforts.

Qualifications:

Required :

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Law or a related field
• Minimum of 7 years in a similar role.
• Proficiency in English.

Preferred :

• Having a previous experience in pharmaceutical company or medical insurance.
