• Provide technical expertise and guidance to construction teams to ensure adherence to safety, quality control, and environmental standards.
• Review and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings to ensure compliance with design specifications.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to develop project plans and schedules.
• Monitor and inspect construction sites to ensure work is being carried out according to approved plans and within budget.
• Identify and address any issues or problems that arise during the construction process.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely and efficient project completion.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and building codes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• 7+ Years of Experience.
• Proven experience working in construction management or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of construction principles, practices, and techniques.
• Proficient in reading and interpreting architectural plans and drawings.
• Familiarity with local construction regulations and building codes in Saudi Arabia.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
