Ecommerce Growth Manager

We are seeking a dynamic eCommerce and Growth Manager to join our retail organization, with a sharp focus on optimizing our Omnichannel business strategy. This role is pivotal in driving growth across our web store, mobile app, and physical store channels. The ideal candidate will be tasked with developing and executing innovative strategies to enhance our online presence, streamline the customer journey across all platforms, and boost sales while ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our customers.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Strategy Development: Collaborate, craft and implement a comprehensive digital marketing and eCommerce strategy to drive growth and enhance the customer experience across all channels.
• Channel Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of our web store and mobile app, ensuring they are optimized for user engagement, conversion, and retention.
• Data Analysis: Utilize data analytics to monitor performance, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to improve sales and customer satisfaction.
• Content Management: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and manage engaging content that aligns with our brand and attracts and retains customers.
• Market Research: Stay ahead of market trends, consumer behaviors, and competitive landscape to adapt strategies accordingly.

Skills Required:

• Proven experience in eCommerce management and digital marketing within a retail environment.
• Strong understanding of Omnichannel retailing principles and best practices.
• Proficient in data analysis and the use of analytics tools to drive decision-making.
• Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
• Creative thinker with outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and digital advertising strategies.
• Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and eCommerce platforms.
