Job Title: Enterprise Architect

Overview: We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Architect with a proven track record in delivering large-scale programs within the IT domain. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of enterprise architecture principles, methodologies, and frameworks, along with hands-on experience in designing and implementing complex IT solutions. This role requires strategic thinking, strong leadership skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to drive architectural decisions that align with business goals and objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and Maintain Enterprise Architecture: Lead the development, documentation, and maintenance of comprehensive enterprise architecture models that encompass business, information, application, and technology layers.
• Strategic Planning: Collaborate with senior leadership to align IT strategies with business objectives, ensuring that architectural decisions support long-term organizational goals.
• Solution Design: Provide technical leadership and guidance in the design and implementation of large-scale IT programs, ensuring that solutions are scalable, reliable, and aligned with enterprise architecture standards.
• Risk Management: Identify architectural risks and provide mitigation strategies to ensure the security, availability, and performance of IT systems and applications.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with stakeholders at various levels of the organization to understand their requirements, communicate architectural decisions, and garner support for proposed solutions.
• Governance and Compliance: Establish and enforce architectural governance processes to ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and best practices.
• Technology Evaluation: Evaluate emerging technologies, tools, and trends to inform architectural decisions and drive innovation within the organization.
• Mentorship and Knowledge Sharing: Mentor junior architects and provide guidance on best practices, methodologies, and tools related to enterprise architecture.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Proven experience (X years) as an Enterprise Architect or similar role, with a focus on delivering large-scale IT programs.
• In-depth knowledge of enterprise architecture principles, methodologies, and frameworks (e.g., TOGAF, Zachman).
• Strong understanding of cloud computing, microservices architecture, API management, and other modern IT paradigms.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., TOGAF Certified, AWS Certified Solutions Architect) are a plus.

This is a long term contract role
