Responsibilities • Plan, execute, and lead finance and performance management activities.
• Generate analytical findings and recommendations.
• Develop partnerships with business counterparts.
• Support planning, reporting, and forecasting activities.
• Prepare management reporting and financial advice.
• Create and maintain financial model for reporting actual results.
• Assist with process mapping and business integration support.
Requirements • Bachelor degree in business, engineering, or related discipline.
• Advanced business degree or relevant professional certification preferred.
• Minimum of 15 years of professional experience.
• Experience in planning and performance management in Chemicals and Refining industries.
• Proficiency in business intelligence tools.
• Knowledge of performance analysis, financial reporting, business planning, project management, and financial modelling.
