What You'll Do
  • Monitor the day-to-day financial operations within the company, such as payroll, invoicing, and other transactions – assisting in tax audits and tax returns.
  • Verify, allocate, post and reconcile accounts payable and receivable and produce error – free accounting reports.
  • Analyze financial information and summarize financial status and provide technical support and advice on Management accountant
  • Review and recommend modifications to accounting systems and procedures Participate in financial standards setting and in forecast process
  • Prepare financial statements and produce budget according to schedule
  • Direct internal and external audits to ensure compliance
  • Support month-end and year-end close process and develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls
  • Liaise with our Head of Finance to improve financial procedures
What Are We Looking For?
  • A bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field is required
  • Min 5+ years of experience in financial management roles
  • F&B experience is required
  • Ability to analyze financial data and provide insights into the company's financial status
  • Familiarity with accounting software systems, Microsoft Dynamics experience is a plus
  • Ability to communicate effectively with other departments within the organization as well as external stakeholders
  • Ability to lead a team of accountants and cost controllers is crucial for success in this role
  • Must have a strategic mindset to participate in financial standards setting, forecast processes, and budget preparation
  • Keeping up-to-date with industry trends & changes in regulations to ensure the company stays compliant
