IT Audit Manager

Title: IT Audit Manager

Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

Responsibilities:

• You will conduct IT & Cyber security related audits by assessing the control design effectiveness and identifying any weaknesses. In addition, you will work on the key regulation framework assessments. These audits and assessments will be as approved by the Audit Committee / requested by internal stakeholders, taking guidance from relevant Audit Head and senior management on the audit objectives, type of audit to be performed, and the relevant timeline.

• The successful candidate will contribute in the critical phases covering planning, fieldwork execution managing the specific review areas allocated, and assist in preparing the audit report. You will assess the effectiveness of the internal control environment and compliance with applicable regulatory guidelines, advise business heads of deviation/failures on compliance and risk issues identified during audit work, and complete root cause analysis. Provides reasonable audit assurance to the businesses / functions on their control environment.

• The auditor will adhere to the planned audit schedule and allocated resources, and communicate and collaborate effectively, efficiently and timely with senior management and internal stakeholders.

• You will be responsible for working with senior management and heads in to support with the related audits issue validation and closure activity, and attend various audit meetings with the auditees to convey and agree on audit observations and actions plans.

• On an on-going basis you will monitor the assigned businesses / functions / areas. Keeps up-to-date on new developments in all relevant functions, conducts frequent on-site discussions with the business and audit teams in order to ensure veracity/feasibility of audit observations.

Requirements:

• Around 5 years experience in IT Audit.
• Bachelor degree information system, cyber security, software engineering, computer engineering or related area.
• Externally recognized audit qualifications preferred e.g. CEH, CISA, CISM, CISSP, COBIT 5, ISO 27001, ISO 27032
