Marketing Director

Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Marketing Director to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. As a Marketing Director, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to drive business growth and brand awareness. You will oversee all marketing activities, including advertising campaigns, digital marketing initiatives, market research, and customer acquisition efforts. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of the Saudi Arabian market and consumer behavior, as well as a proven track record of successfully managing marketing teams and delivering measurable results.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to drive business growth and increase brand awareness.
2. Oversee all marketing campaigns, including online and offline advertising, social media, and content marketing.
3. Conduct market research to identify consumer trends, competitor analysis, and new opportunities for growth.
4. Manage and coordinate the creation of marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and sales collateral.
5. Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, using data-driven insights to optimize strategies and improve results.
6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and finance, to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
7. Manage and mentor a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their goals.
8. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and provide recommendations for innovative marketing strategies and tactics.
9. Track and report on marketing metrics and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and inform decision-making.

6. Deep understanding of the Saudi Arabian market and consumer behavior.
7. Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate marketing strategies and results to stakeholders.
8. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and prioritize multiple projects and deadlines.
9. Proficiency in digital marketing platforms and tools, including social media, SEO, and SEM.
10. Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
