SUMMARY: Sales Manager – B2B is responsible for identifying and prospecting potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals. The role involves building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions to meet their requirements. The Sales Manager will develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets, keeping abreast of industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for business growth. Additionally, the role requires preparing and submitting regular sales reports, forecasts, and updates to management. RESPONSABILITIES Client Prospecting and Acquisition: - Identify and prospect potential clients through cold calling, networking, and referrals. - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients. - Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements. Sales Strategy Development and Implementation: - Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets. - Collaborate with the marketing team to create and implement promotional strategies and materials tailored to the HORECA market. Market and Competitor Analysis: - Keep abreast of industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities. - Identify opportunities for business growth within the HORECA sector. Reporting and Forecasting: - Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and updates to management. - Track and report on sales performance and adjust strategies as needed. Collaboration and Teamwork: - Work closely with the marketing team to align sales and marketing efforts. - Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless client onboarding and service delivery. Business Development: - Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the HORECA sector, including hotels, restaurants, and catering services. - Expand the client base and increase market share within the industry. Customer Relationship Management: - Maintain a CRM database of clients and prospects. - Regularly follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any issues promptly. REQUIREMENTS & SKILLS - Proven track record of successfully managing multiple locations and achieving Sales targets. - Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams. - Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis and decision-making. - Excellent organizational and time-management abilities, with a focus on results and continuous improvement. - Familiarity with Sales regulations and best practices. EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS - Education: Bachelor’s degree in any related field. - Minimum of 7-12 years of progressive experience in the food & beverage sector, with at least 5 years in a managerial role. Languages: Fluency in English & Arabic languages preferred Nationality: Saudi, Non-Saudi Gender: Male, Female
