We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Senior Partner to lead our clients expansion into Saudi Arabia. This is a unique opportunity to establish a strong presence in a growing market and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our clients operations in the region. The ideal candidate will possess extensive legal expertise, leadership skills, and a deep understanding of the Saudi Arabian legal landscape. Responsibilities: - Lead the strategic planning and execution of the firm's expansion into Saudi Arabia, including the establishment of a local office and recruitment of a talented legal team - Provide expert legal counsel and representation to clients in a wide range of practice areas, with a focus on navigating the complexities of the Saudi Arabian legal system - Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including government entities, corporate clients, and industry associations - Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Saudi Arabian office, ensuring compliance with local regulations and adherence to the firm's quality and ethical standards - Collaborate with the firm's global leadership to develop and implement business development strategies tailored to the Saudi Arabian market - Serve as a mentor and coach to junior lawyers, contributing to their professional growth and development within the firm
Requirements
- Proven track record of success as a legal practitioner with significant experience operating in the Saudi Arabian legal environment - Admission to practice law in Saudi Arabia and in good standing with the relevant regulatory authorities - Demonstrated leadership abilities, with a keen understanding of the nuances of managing a diverse and multicultural team - Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence a wide range of stakeholders - Strong business acumen and a strategic mindset, with the ability to identify and capitalize on opportunities for growth and expansion - High ethical standards and a commitment to upholding the firm's values and reputation - Fluency in Arabic and English, both written and spoken, to effectively engage with clients and team members
About the company
Executive search involves working with a third party, such as JEX Personnel. Executive search is relationship driven. JEX Personnel will work closely with you to understand the requirements of the role. It is a research-led approach, meaning a search firm will be paid a retainer fee upfront to carry out analyse the marketplace and benchmark for skills/roles and salaries. A search firm will tend to have extensive knowledge of and access to board directors and senior executives across industries and functions, allowing them to build a large pool of top executive talent
