InnovationTeam is a leading technology solutions provider that delivers innovative and customized solutions to our clients. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SharePoint Developer to join our team.
As a SharePoint developer is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining SharePoint solutions for an organisation.

Key responsibilities may include:

Design and develop custom SharePoint applications, workflows, and web parts. Develop Document repos to host different document types based on business needs. Configure and customize SharePoint sites, lists, libraries, and security settings Integrate SharePoint with other business applications, such as CRM or ERP systems Automate business processes using SharePoint Designer or Power Automate Develop and maintain reusable code components and best practices Perform unit testing and troubleshooting. Provide technical support to SharePoint users. Site Management: Creating, configuring, and deleting SharePoint sites and subsites, tailoring them to specific needs and workflows. User and Permission Management: Adding and removing users, assigning permissions and access levels, and ensuring data security. Security and Compliance: Implementing security measures like encryption, user authentication, and audit logs to protect sensitive data and comply with regulations. Maintenance and Monitoring: Performing regular backups, updates, and performance checks to keep the SharePoint environment healthy and running smoothly. Troubleshooting and Support: Resolving technical issues faced by users, providing guidance and support for efficient SharePoint utilization. Integration and Customization: Integrating SharePoint with other business applications and customizing features to enhance user experience and functionality.

Requirements

Proven experience as a SharePoint Developer with 3 years of experience Strong understanding of SharePoint architecture, development tools, and best practices Proficient in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and C# Experience with REST APIs and client-side development Experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) is a plus Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Certifications like Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate (MCSA) is preferred
