Sr. Contracts Officer

Job Description Role Purpose: Responsible for developing and implementing employee services policies, resolving conflicts, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and promoting employee engagement. Roles & Responsibilities: Draft Review & negotiate Contracts and a variety of Business Agreements. Check relevant management approvals for contract preparation, attend initial preparation of draft agreements, amendments, etc., incorporate necessary attachments technical, commercial, and financial inputs, and update the documents in liaison with the concerned department Identify and assess all areas of program/contractual risk and develop alternative strategies for management review. Provide recommendations to senior management regarding key financial, business, and contractual issues. Formulate and negotiate favorable contract terms. Provide early identification of potential performance issues and disputes and identify alternative courses of action. Identify all customer directions and actions with the potential for appropriate schedule and financial contract adjustments. Interface with customers on financial and contractual issues. Negotiate and resolve contractual issues with customers. Advise and direct other contract staff on the interpretation and resolution of contractual issues. Participate in business discussions with potential customers or partners in pursuit of business opportunities. Job Requirements Qualification: Bachelor s Degree in business, law, or related area required.
