Store Manager - Jewellery

• Lead and manage all aspects of store operations, including sales, customer service, visual merchandising, inventory management, and staff performance
• Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and achieve revenue targets
• Ensure exceptional customer service by providing personalized assistance, addressing inquiries and concerns, and resolving any issues
• Maintain the visual merchandising standards to create an elegant and attractive store environment for jewellery products
• Manage and motivate a team of sales associates to deliver exceptional performance and provide ongoing training and development to enhance their product knowledge and sales skills
• Analyze sales data, market trends, and customer preferences to identify opportunities for improvement and implement effective strategies
• Evaluate and manage inventory levels, conduct regular stock checks, and ensure accurate stock reconciliations
• Monitor and control store expenses to maximize profitability
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and security protocols
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and other stakeholders

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a retail management role, preferably in the jewellery industry
• Proven track record in driving sales and achieving targets in the retail market
• Demonstrated leadership skills and experience in managing a high-performing team
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Strong knowledge of visual merchandising principles and experience in creating captivating store displays for jewellery products
• Proficiency in inventory management and stock control
• Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze sales data and market trends to make informed business decisions
• Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
• Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced retail environment
