Job Description

Location: Riyadh, KSA. 

Project Duration: 3 months, subject to extension. 

Years of experience: 4+ years.

Seeking an experienced Strategy Senior Consultant with a proven track record in business management and governmental entities in KSA. Responsibilities encompass project collaboration, data analysis, and strategic planning, coupled with a strong proficiency in PowerPoint. Seeking an impactful role to contribute strategic insights aligned with organizational goals.

• Collaborate with senior team members to formulate hypotheses and work plans addressing project objectives, delivering high-quality solutions to clients.

• Manage workstream data collection, synthesis, and analysis.

• Develop insights from the analytical process and integrate findings into the broader project work.

• Analyze data and provide well-founded recommendations to project leadership.

• Provide support in project management functions, including budgeting, invoicing, scheduling of deliverables, and scope management.

• Develop content and co-facilitate client workshops.

• Take ownership of client deliverables, presentations, and proposal materials.

• Coach and mentor junior team members both overall and on specific projects.

• Develop and issue reports related to the project.

• Support the development and implementation of performance measurement and reporting systems, including tracking and analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs), and preparing reports for management and stakeholders.

• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, including staff, partners, and clients, to ensure alignment with the organization's strategic goals and objectives.

• Conduct research and prepare reports/PowerPoint presentations on areas related to the strategy and operations of the client.

• Facilitate the development/review of plans and budgets, ensuring alignment with the organization's strategic goals and objectives.

• Business management experience.
• Experience in conducting current state assessments and benchmarking.
• Proficient in managing multiple stakeholders in projects.
• Experienced in building performance indicators.
• Experience in developing corporate strategy and/or strategic plans, preferably for a government entity.
• Strong PowerPoint and presentation skills.
• Proficient in building and submitting reports.
• Extensive experience with governmental entities in KSA.
