2. OVERALL JOB PURPOSE:
Improve technology application and integration for at least one technology or a supporting role within an area of expertise/or portfolio of projects. The incumbent works independently and knows when to seek help. (Operating level: Execution)
3. QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:
Qualification:
1. Bachelors of Engineering (Specific discipline) + 6 years as Engineer
2. Masters of Engineering (Specific discipline) +18 months as Engineer
Experience:
1. 10 years experience as Engineer (subject to qualification)
Skills:
1. Advanced in analysis and modeling of engineering components, systems, processes
2. Operational improvement optimization, balancing technical, operational, and financial requirements
4. Managing projects
6. Able to independently manage own work planning and delivery according to targets; proven application
7. Knowledge of technical trends, interpretation, and application of industry knowledge
